Fast and precise: MERLIN
Time is money – what applies to automobile production as a whole is, of course, also a major issue for quality testing in particular. This is why Berghof Testing has developed the compact measuring module MERLIN, which can be easily integrated into existing test rig concepts thanks to the EtherCAT interface.
It takes over all necessary resistance and current measurements on a test system. All eight measuring channels, three of which have a measuring current limit for testing pyrotechnic components such as airbags, can be used in parallel. Our MERLIN thus scores with particularly short cycle times. MERLIN is therefore ideally suited for a large number of test systems in the automotive sector, for example for testing door panels, operating elements, vehicle seats, bumpers or window regulator and sunroof motors – both directly in production and in development.
Technical data – highlights:
8 measuring channels for current and resistance measurement
Parallel operation via all 8 measuring channels possible
Suitable for testing a variety of automotive components such as door panels, controls, car seats, window lift motors, sunroof motors, and more
You can find more facts and figures about our test module MERLIN in the technical data sheet.
